The apartment was quiet and each room in the apartment was quiet. We loved sitting on the terrace/watching the colors change - sunrise, sunset, etc. We loved our stay!!"

"Place was well furnished with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Only place in Italy we’ve stayed at with a clothes dryer! Location was great…. Grocery store and Cafe on same block. Less than 5 minutes from several very nice restaurants…. Book Ahead! Elevator was convenient. I was able to drop luggage off for early check-in. 3rd party Vikey screening (Italy requirement) needs to improve their website and/or create a mobile device app. Overall 5 stars. Definitely would come back!"

"My wife and I spent her 70th birthday in Rome. Our place was everything described. Clean, well equipped for cooking breakfast (or other meals had we chosen). Elizabetta met us and gave an overview of the place (even a bottle of wine awaited us). She had great suggestions as where to eat and explained the metro. Entire place was renovated and nicer than most vrbos weve stayed at. Metro and trains only couple blocks away. Elisabetta was open to us staying a bit longer since our train wasnt until...

"First - Paulo (the host) was wonderful. He made resturant and travel arrangements for us. Answered all our questions. Second - location was truly within sight of the coliseum. Yet it was in a neighborhood - lots of small restaurants and small shops. Third - the apartment has three bedrooms and two baths which is very large for Rome. I will mention that the bathroom attached to the bedroom is very small by American standards as is the kitchen. Lastly - we wanted to experience Rome like a Roman...

There was lots of charming art and stylish decor. The bathrooms were great and the kitchen was well equipped. Access was good with a lift and the area was convenient for the train station and travelling into the centre. Overall thoroughly recommend this place."
