Detached stone house of 90 m2 completely renovated, new, comfortable and quiet in the countryside.
Located on the plateau of fat Labeaume on extensive grounds planted with oaks and olive trees from many hiking trails. Just 2 Kms from the picturesque village of Labeaume (ranked among the most beautiful in France) and its splendid river.
Close to all shops and activities this property is ideally placed.
Near Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Chauvet Cave (Cave of the arc bridge).
At the first level a large living room, a kitchen, a toilet, a large terrace with barbecue.
Upstairs two bedrooms with 140x190cm bed each. Italian shower bathroom and separate WC. Above ground 6.57 m long and 4,07m wide and 1,20m in height.

Nous avons passé une magnifique quinzaine. Le gîte est superbe et la vue depuis la terrasse fabuleuse. La location correspond à l’annonce et Monsieur Charrière est un hôte aussi agréable que discret.

Nous remercions Olivier pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. Tout a été fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable, jusqu’à la liste des marchés locaux! La grange a été rénovée avec goût, les pièces sont spacieuses et agréables à vivre, l’air conditionné dans les chambres nous a permis de passer d’excellentes nuits malgré la canicule. La vue depuis la terrasse est superbe. La piscine est au top, son accès demande l’ouverture d’un portail, il est donc sécurisé pour les enfants. Enfin, la région est magnifique et la maison est idéalement située pour découvrir les alentours. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Nous cherchions un bel endroit pour découvrir l'Ardèche et nous l'avons trouvé ! Le gîte a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût (conforme aux photos), il dispose de tout le confort nécessaire et offre une vue splendide sur la région. En plus, il est assez proche des commerces, des lieux à visiter et des chemins de randonnées. Que du bonheur. A découvrir sans hésitation.

Avons beaucoup apprécié le charme de cette ancienne grange magnifiquement restaurée par Olivier : espace, confort, superbe cuisine, matériaux de qualité, décoration de bon goût et harmonieuse, superbe terrasse avec point de vue, piscine, le tout sans vis-à-vis. Nombreux petits villages pittoresques aux alentours. Hôte fort sympathique, disponible avec discrétion. Je recommande vivement. Au plaisir de vous revoir un jour. Alain et Brigitte.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans la maison. Le mas a été refait avec beaucoup de goût, est parfaitement équipé et très bien situé. Nous y sommes au calme mais néanmoins suffisamment proche du village pour y descendre à pied. Nous avons bien évidemment profité pleinement de la piscine. Nous recommandons cette location pour une famille qui veut profiter des beautés de l'Ardèche. Fred.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cette maison. Elle est parfaite pour des vacances en famille. Bien située, proche de lieux de ballades et de visite et à 5 mn de la rivière de Labeaume. La piscine est très appréciée de toute la famille. Le propriétaire, Olivier Charrière est un hôte charmant et disponible. Je recommande vivement cette location.

La paix, le calme, le confort, la vue, waow. Au bout de deux minutes sur place je savais déjà que cette semaine serait trop courte. Merci pour cette expérience et encore felicitations pour le bon goût de la restauration du bâtiment. Bravo et j'espère à bientôt...
