We would have liked a welcome pack with a dishwasher tablet, soap to wash the dishes and a tea towel. We would have happily paid for that at reception. The front desk attendant was phenomenal, I believe her name was Claudia, she was extremely nice and I will rebook with this hotel because of her. She showed me how to get around on the public transit and gave me a parting gift. She was a darling and I can't say enough of how much she made my first international, solo travel experience such a treasure! There was a little mildew in the shower, but everything else was fantastic. I do not speak French and the staff was very accommodating to me. The food was divine and the pool was great. I can't wait to come back to Toulouse next spring! "
