"Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich eher in der wasserabgewandten Region von Warnemünde. Sie hat weniger maritimen, eher den schicken Charme einer prenzelberger Altbauwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sauber und für Hochpaterre überraschend ruhig - allerdings waren wir in der Nebensaison da. Einkaufsgelegenheiten und die Promenade Am Strom sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Strand läuft man allerdings gut 10 min. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend."

"Die Anreise, sowie Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin klappte problemlos. Der Schlüssel zur Ferienwohnung war in einer Schlüsselbox hinterlegt und wir konnten um 15 Uhr in die Wohnung. Die Größe und das Mobiliar ist wie in der Anzeige angegeben, reicht für zwei Personen total aus. Der Weg zum Strand und zur Innenstadt beträgt ca. 5-10 Minuten, man wohnt etwas ab vom Trubel an der Promenade, aber angenehm ruhig. Zum nächstgelegenen Supermarkt sind es ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Am vorletzten...

"Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber aber auch, wie schon angegeben, nicht für große Menschen gemacht. Ich bin 1.65m und konnte mit der flachen Hand an die Decke fassen. Die Wohnung ist groß, man hat genug Platz und es ist alles modern eingerichtet. Wer gerne auf weichen/weicheren Matratzen schläft, wird hier vermutlich nicht ganz so gut schlafen. Bei uns war das Wlan erstaunlich gut (waren zu zweit und konnte beide problemlos arbeiten). Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, der Zugang zur "Terrasse" erfolgt...
