"Comfortable, clean but old needing repairs. The hall rugs definitely need replacement. Our room was nice but the bathroom needs to be remodeled. The bathtub is dangerous and the toilet has cracks in it. Also there is no exhaust fan and everything gets streamed up. Good breakfasts. "

The neighbor (it's a duplex) was super sweet and she moved her car for us so we could park our giant Ford F250 in front of the house. That said: parking is at a premium. You can park in front of the house but if you expect guests they'll have trouble finding a place to park.
