"Beautiful rental within walking distance from Rockin' on the River. The place was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and the rooftop deck was a huge plus. And I can't say enough about how great the host was in accommodating our needs to change dates. Thank you Carson, we had a great time and would definitely rent your place again!"

"The house overall was nice, convenient to the airport. There was no cleaning products available, had to buy our own. The door frame to bathroom was split in half making it challenging to close and open the bathroom door. Replacement tissue was not readily available. Small minor things that just needs to be more watchful of by property owner"

"The Apartment itself is nice. The Hallway is dirty and has a smell of wet dog. However getting to it is complicated if you are physically impaired. You have to climb a flight of stairs whether you use the back or the front door. I am glad my 87 year old MIL made Reservations some place else."

Carefully updated with modern amenities but we especially appreciate the history, old brick and original wood floors. Host was flexible with our schedule, offered options, and always friendly and communicative. Thank you! We look forward to our next visit. 🤗"

"Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds with extra pillows and blankets. Garage parking for one vehicle was nice. Fantastic location near hospital, parks, Kamm's Corners and airport. Plan to make this my go-to spot when visiting family here."

"The worst, shabbiest, dirtiest, moldiest place I've ever stayed. Sheets had not been washed first night! Owner is out of state and his management company is very unhelpful, can't get anything accomplished without me stepping in. Parking is a daily nightmare, full of rutted mud and not enought space for everyone. Nothing looks remotely cose to photos. Everything is either stained, faded, or molded. Cheap particle board furniture. Bedroom is inadequately heated and they provided an electric heater...

"The unit was very clean and nicely prepared. The only issue I had was that the kitchen sink water faucet didn't work. No running water. Not a big deal, I didn't plan on washing dishes anyway. Also there wasn't any coffee. I kind of expected that there should have been some there when I arrived. Not a show stopper, I just went and got some."
