"This property did not honour the booking. I called the day before check in to confirm details and was told I had no booking and that Expedia didn’t call them. We found ourselves on Christmas eve away from home and without accommodation. The only response from the property representative was that she felt sorry for me but no responsibility was taken or offer to help. "

"We had a wonderful time and aside from the haute-cuisine quality, Nora and Jorn's warmth make you ponder when the next visit will be. Our door knob broke just before we arrived, but as our visit took place on a holiday, we're sure that that minor issue has been taken care of. We'll go back to El Lugar Nórdico. We loved the place, its cleanliness and how we were able to rest and forget about city noises, work, or even television (we didn't bother)."

"Hector was very kind and professional! The finca was beautiful the house was full of room and space. The views were amazing plenty of countryside and and about 30-40 mins ride from pereira. The rooms were decent size the hot water was a plus. The pool was great the fans for ventilation was a plus!
