"We rented to see what living off the coast and into the hills would be like. The set up is great, all amenities there were well looked after and we felt we had the place to ourselves even though there were other guests. Very peaceful and night and great for star gazing. We did not use the pool as weather was not hot enough, but we did BBQ a couple of times which was lovely. The log burner was a nice feature but was needed at night. "Brilliant base from which to explore the forested North of Tenerife, just a short hop from picturesque Puerto de la Cruz and loads of good walks nearby. Good access to the main road by car, after the long switchback, but it was too much/long for a stroll to nearby La Matanza de Acentejo in the heat. Hosts Peter and Martina were friendly, but discreet and I couldn't speak more highly of their helpfulness. We had a fab one week stay."

"The house was perfect for our six week holiday. We loved the location but be advised that it’s about a mile from town. There’s a bus stop very close but we chose to walk. "Think Ibiza chill vibes, this place is stunning. The roof top is just spectacular, and the plunge pool and real bonus. The house is very well equipped, but be aware there is no aircon, and I really struggled to sleep in the master. The views down to the sea and the rocky island are wonderful as this place is a good 10/15 mins walk straight uphill from Garachico. The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood and has free parking outside. I will definitely return."

"This is such a charming place with great modern equipment and lots of love for details that made us feel really comfortable. Daniel (the host) shared many valuable hints to local restaurants and places worth visiting. We loved the tracking in the neighbourhood and the local market. "We had a fabulous stay in Tenerife. The top floor of this house is quiet, modern and has fantastic views. We slept comfortably and were happy with all of the utensils in the kitchen. The internet is incredibly fast and good for streaming music and shows. "The flat was really nice and spacious and well equipped. However, because of its open plan nature, it was cold despite the owners lending us 2 heaters. It was up 4 flights of steep stairs so many people might find this a problem. It is also high up in the hills and access to and from other areas of the island is very difficult, even with a hire car. The owners were extremely kind and helpful"

"Splendid Canarian home, well presented and had all that we needed. A car is essential.but close to Garachico, and a preferred side of the island if you prefer a quieter time. Plenty of places to visit nearby. Buenavista Golf Club. Nice walk around the outside. Drago tree at Icod. and Puerto De La Cruz 30 min drive away. Also the busy side of the island is only between 45 mins and an hours drive away."
