Unwind after a day of exploring/recreating in one of 4 outdoor lounging areas that feature propane fire pit, BBQ gas & charcoal briquette grills, outdoor bar w/seating, hammock, garden swing, and plenty of covered outdoor seating. The perfect home away from home! We love dogs and allow you to bring them to stay at our home with an additional nightly fee. We have a nice sized grassy area perfect for play time with the kids or the dog.

This home was the perfect launching point for our visits to Zion and Bryce NP. Dennise was very responsive, answering all of my questions, and easy to work with. Everything about the home was comfortable.

We loved our stay. The house was perfect for our family. Very clean, well stocked and had everything we needed during our stay. We were close to Zions. The Kolob canyon entrance to the park was fabulous. Very few people on those trails. After hiking all day we enjoyed soaking in the hot springs in town. We would definitely book again.

Great Location, Great House

House provided easy access to Zion NP. We really enjoyed the backyard space including the grill. Kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfy. Would stay again!

Nice relaxing weekend getaway

We loved our stay at this home, it was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfy, with nice linens! We liked the backyard area, we used the grill each night to cook dinner and enjoyed eating outside while our doggy played in the grass. We all had fun playing ping pong as well! We took a quick drive up to Zion, and there are a lot trails conveniently close to the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

We used this place as our base for visiting Zion NP. Was about the perfect distance (25 mins) from the park and was an easy drive. The house is great! All beds are comfortable, place was clean, new appliances, etc. We hated to leave. Check-in / check-out was smooth. Would highly recommend staying here.

Summer vacation

Visiting Zion and Bryce and this location was perfect. Its in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean with a nice little back yard for our dog. Would totally come back again!

Nice Spot Near Zion

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice, as listed. The beds were comfortable. The host provided many staples which we appreciated that are not always stocked in other rentals like shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper products, etc. Our kids enjoyed the games and the ping pong table.

Awesome Property

Another great VRBO stay. House was immaculate and beautiful. It was well appointed and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Lots of space and a beautiful back and side yards. We BBQ'd and cooked and had all that we needed. Highly recommend this VRBO!

Convenient Location

This home is situated in a quiet neighborhood and was a good home base for drives to Zion and Bryce Parks and eventually to head down to Arizona for the rest of our trip. The home was great, as all needed amenities were provided - from toiletries, to paper goods, to a great outside area that even had ping pong. Should one need anything or want to eat out there are also plenty of options in the area. Overall, we had a great stay.
