I travelled to Barcelona with my family if 4, and finding hotels relatively close to the main tourist sights was as easy as I imagined. We had the opportunity to find ONA Living Barcelona and had an amazing experience. The hotel was very clean and exactly as described. My family loved staying here and we had an easy check in. We had arrived early and it was a great accommodation that they will hold your luggages until the check in time. You have time to experience the sights till your room is ready. The staff were kind and very friendly. A big shout out to Andrea for helping us with the luggages and a very smooth and easy check in.
A bonus to mention is the hotel is across the Gran Via 2 mall. An amazing mall to do some shopping for souvenirs and for food.
We will definitely come back to ONA when we visit Spain again.

The hotel is very nice! The room was spacious & the bathroom was great. The windows have electric shutters type covering so you can black out all the light if you wanted to. The only drawback that we experienced was that the AC in the room rarely went below 71.6 degrees. We would leave the shutter closed all day while we were out and the AC would go down only to 71. Once you take a shower and are in the room for 10 minutes, that’s it, back up to 71.6 or even 72. The hotel lobby was also hot. It just literally felt like there was no AC running. Coming in from the outside you expect or hope to be somewhat refreshed but it was not cool. It took me 30 minutes to stop sweating and even after, it was still “room temperature” We were only here for 3 nights but if it would have been longer, I think it would have been a problem. Other than that it was great. The rooftop pool & terrace were awesome. Overall I would recommend just warn about the air.

"Staff was great even in the restaurants. Decor had a lot of big dark wood that made it feel a bit dated and bathroom shower leaked. Gym was tiny but nice. Elevators were a bit slow but I would stay there again."
