"I honestly would not stay here again. I found it very difficult to get to and from the house and town. Taxis and jeepneys just wouldn't stop. The house and room were nice overall,fairly spacious and comfortable. There are so many dogs outside though, that like to bark very early in the morning. So it's hard to sleep in in the mornings. I would definitely pay more to stay closer to town and in a more quieter area of the mountainous city."

"Griffin Lodge is a SCAM!! We had a confirmed booking on this place for February 25-27, 2022, also paid online and that it is no refund for any cancellations or rebooking. When we arrived, the whole place was barricaded with bamboo fencing. There were bystanders outside dilly dallying which looks weird and told us that there is nobody inside and that the place has been non-operational for more than two years. "We loved our stay here. Off the beaten path but had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and there were actually two bathrooms with showers. We didn’t cook but everything was there. The toaster oven was a nice touch to warm up leftovers in. We’d stay there again."
