Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Haus und Grundstück besser als erwartet, sehr sauber, Platzangebot großzügig, gute Ausstattung, gute Betten, Grundstück mit Privatsphäre. Ärgerlich, dass kein Wäschepaket zubuchbar ist. Für einen internationalen Urlaubsort wirkten die "Schlüsselhalter" mindestens unprofessionell, das passte überhaupt nicht zum Gesamteindruck.

Wunderschön

Die Unterkunft ist toll, alles schon und sehr schön drin. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter und dem Vermieter war einfach, hilfreich und sehr nett. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und angenehmen Umgebung. Wir, 4 Personen und zwei Hunde, fühlten uns im 5. Jahr der Nutzung über je 3 Wochen sehr wohl. Vielen Dank an alle!

Paradies für den Hund

Ruhiges Ferienhausgebiet. Der Hund konnte fast überall frei laufen. Garten ist eingezäunt. Das Haus ist schön und gut gelegen, die Einrichtung eher einfach. Es ist aber alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die beiden Kameras im Wohnbereich waren irritierend.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet mit einem guten Auslauf für die Hunde. Das Haus war sehr sauber mit einer sehr freundlichen Einweisung. Der Besitzer hatte alles hervorragend organisiert, da die Familie wegen Covid19 in Quarantäne musste. Alles in allem einfach nur traumhaft.

Tout a été parfait, le confort de la location, le bien-être dans les pins, le calme en plein été, et même les aspects pratiques ont été au rendez-vous comme le garage pour les vélos ou l'abri pour la voiture pour protéger l'habitacle de la chaleur. Cerise sur le gâteau: l'accueil formidable des propriétaires !

Ein wirklich netter Kontakt mit dem Besitzer und eine sehr tolle Unterkunft. Wir können beides nur empfehlen. Wir waren nun schon das zweite Mal im Haus und uns und unseren Freunden hat es wieder einmal sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral im Ort und ist trotzdem in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Unsere beiden Hunde habe es auch genossen. Wir alle kommen 2021 sehr gern wieder. ...

MAISON TRES AGREABLE ET TRES PRATIQUE

La maison est conforme à la description, elle est spacieuse, idéale pour 2 couples ou une famille avec 2 enfants. Un canapé lit est disponible pour accueillir éventuellement 2 personnes additionnelles. La cuisine est très bien équipée, le jardin est agréable, bien entretenu. Le centre ville est à 10 mn à pied et on y trouve tous les commerces. Ronce Les Bains est une belle petite ville balnéaire, bien animée, avec un marché tous les jour. Néanmoins, si vous souhaitez aller sur les belles plages, les premières sont à 6 kms donc accessibles plutôt en vélo ou en voiture. Les plages sont très grandes et belles, avec du beau sable fin. Nous vous conseillons cette destination géographique et nous vous conseillons cette location. 2 petites choses à souligner cependant : - il n'y a pas de wifi donc pas d'accès internet dans la maison - les clefs sont remis via une agence immobilière dont le gérant a été très accueillant; les conseils touristiques sont à prendre à l'office de tourisme puisqu'on ne croise jamais les propriétaires.
