Ground floor apartment overlooking the inner courtyard of the residence and the street. Ideal for 4 people, accommodation comprising a living room with sofa bed, fitted and equipped kitchen area, a cabin with 2 bunk beds of 90cm, a bathroom with sink and bathtub, separate toilet. Outside, unfenced courtyard with terrace furniture. Access to the residence's swimming pool (heated from 01/06 to 15/09). At the reception of the residence, possibility of access to wifi (low speed) and to the laundry (paying). Private parking with 25 paying spaces (to be reserved before your arrival and subject to availability).
Equipment: television, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, microwave.
Pets are not accepted, End of stay cleaning on reservation: flat rate of €70. Linen is not provided. End of stay cleaning is to be done by the tenant.
