Daily housekeeping and the entire property was very clean and well maintained. Buffet breakfast included and delicious food offered by the restaurant onsite, and 20 minute drive from Florence. Perfect! No complaints at all. "

"First off, the host, Barbara, is so nice and accommodating. She really cares about your stay and treats you well with her warm hospitality. The setting is so very peaceful after a bustling day in Florence. Just sit back and relax on the patio and take in the beautiful scenery all around you. The kitchen is well equipped which was important to me. If there is something you might need, Barbra will kindly try to accommodate. We stayed for 10 days and loved our time here. Thank you Barbara! "A little difficult to find with sat nav and you need a car to stay in this place but had a lovely stay."

"Such a cute little Villa just outside of Pistoia. Stayed there all week. Kitchen was great with most items supplied. Bed was extremely hard which made it difficult to sleep. Couch in living rm was very old and hard to sit on. The owners are the BEST and try to make your stay most pleasing. Nice pool and views. Very convenient to Pistoia and Florence. Would use again, but can only hope they upgrade bed and couch. Would rate as a GOOD plus."
