"We absolutely loved and enjoyed our three nights here! We were doing TMB and had one rest day in Courmayeur, then the next day we hiked past Bonatti to ARP Nouvaz 29 bus, shuttled back to Maison La Saxe for one more night. It was super easy! The breakfast here is so fun, each morning we were warmly greeted and our place setting was waiting for us. We even got to celebrate their 10 year anniversary celebration of Maison La Saxe with them! I highly recommend staying here if you want to be treated...

"5-10 minute walk to center of town. Car can stay parked after you check out to enjoy more time without paying parking fees. Office person was great explaining things."

"Best host ever. SOOOO KIND.Perfectly, in the middle of nowhere away from the noise and peaceful with cowbells in the distance. Take your food with you. There are no stores or pharmacies near and the drive to the chalet is treacherous with switchbacks. The restaurant Griselda? had wonderful owners and staff and is 5 minutes by car. The polenta with chicken was my favorite. The Lake Arpy hike is easy and beautiful. The other hikes range from flat to challenging.Take shampoo, conditioner and...

"The stay was incredible!!"

"The host did a superb job of communicating before, during and after our stay. The lodging was comfortable and very well appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen and even a washing machine. The house was quiet yet very accessible. We fully remind this to others."

"This property is beautiful. It's spacious, clean, and decorated very nicely. The host is very nice -- a nice touch was that he left a laundry detergent capsule, which was such a small thing, but it was really great to not have to worry about going out to buy detergent after a long day. The location is really convenient, just a few minutes from the train station, and right next to downtown. I wish I could have stayed longer!"
