Recent house of 120m², close to all amenities.

Located a few minutes from the Dune du Pyla and Arcachon. A bike path starts nearby.

This house is our main home so you have access to all the comforts for a good holiday.

There are 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds and one with bunk beds.

On arrival, you will find the beds made and towels will be available to you as well as the necessary to start the holidays in good conditions and without stress.

The dining room opens onto a large wooden terrace of 100 m² with a garden furniture, a table for 12 people and a ping pong table. Outdoor games will be available.

You will have WIFI access. The television, a DVD player, a stereo ...

Agréable maison spacieuse et bien aménagée

La maison d’Emilie et Quentin décorée de manière moderne et gaie est très agréable spacieuse et fonctionnelle Nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse bien aménagée permettant de dîner dehors de jouer au Ping Pong. Elle est un peu loin de la plage mais avec un vélo ça se gère très bien. (Les propriétaires nous avaient gentiment mis 2 vélos à disposition) Nous avons séjourné à 7 dans cette maison sans problème Nous recommandons tout à fait cette location.
