Merci à Jacqueline et Christian pour leurs gentillesse et disponibilités. Logement très bien situé et entretenu. Une piste cyclable ce trouvant juste en face et reliant tout le circuits autour d'Arcachon le marché et la halle de la Teste de Buch .houalieiincontournable

Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter, herzlicher Empfang. Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu erreichen auch zu Fuß od. mit Fahrrad. An den Stränden des Atlantiks ist man in ca. 10-15 Autominuten. Die Strände des Beckens liegen näher. Gepflegtes Grundstück und Anwesen. Gute Lage. Würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette maison avec nos 2 filles (4 et 2 ans). La maison est moderne, bien équipé, bien meublé et bien situé tout près de la rocade qui permet de rayonner sur tout le bassin. Le jardin est très joli et très bien équipé également. Le fils des propriétaire loge dans le jardin, il est très sympa et extrêmement discret. On a quasiment tout fait à vélo (sachez d'ailleurs qu'il y a 2 velos à disposition) très facilement avec toute les pistes cyclables. Notez toutefois qu'il faut pas loin de 30 min pour aller à la plage à vélo mais c'est 30 min de ballade très agréable. On recommande.

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. C est une très jolie maison , décorée avec goût, et rien ne manque pour y passer un excellent séjour. Le jardin est absolument magnifique et reposant, terrasse , coin apéro , jeux de boules, la plancha , nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos vacances en famille. La maison est au calme et bien située par rapport aux différents axes. Nous vous conseillons cette location ou les propriétaires vous accueillent avec gentillesse.

La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos. Le jardin est un havre de paix .Lors de l'arrivée, les propriétaires nous reçoivent avec une gentillesse extrême.La maison est d une propreté irréprochable.Il y a tout le nécessaire pour faire la cuisine.De plus, grâce à la situation de cette super villa, nous n'avons jamais eu d'embouteillages.Les propriétaires sont entièrement à notre disposition pour des conseils et cela est fort agréable.Bref, cette maison est à conseiller à tout le monde.Et j'espère sincèrement y retourner rapidement.

Une maison superbe, aussi fonctionnelle qu'agréable à l'oeil. La décoration est raffinée, tout est prévu pour rendre le séjour agréable (y compris l'accueil chaleureux et les conseils divers), et le jardin est un véritable havre de paix. Difficile d'imaginer que les photos soient aussi représentatives de la réalité des lieux, mais nous confirmons que si. Nous en gardons un excellent souvenir, sans compter les nombreuses visites à vélo en famille dans les alentours . A recommander sans aucune arrière-pensée. Bonnes vacances aux futurs vacanciers 2012!

Nous sommes ravis des vacances passées l'année dernière dans cette magnifique maison si bien décorée. Le jardin est une pure merveille....de bonnes parties de rigolades avec les enfants sont assurées d'autant qu'il n'y a pas de vis à vis. Maison au calme, et très très bien équipée. La situation est aussi très bien à la croisée des chemins pour aller au Pyla ou à Arcachon (en évitant 90 des bouchons!). Enfin les propriétaires sont charmants et plein d'attentions...ils nous avaient réservé une petite table et chaise en plastique pour notre petite fille de 3 ans, qui a adoré prendre son déjeuner dessus!. (pour enfants entre 1 et 2 ans : attention 2 marches sur la terrasse)
