La maison était très propre et bien équipée, elle disposait de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L'emplacement est idéal, seulement à 6min en voiture de la plage (playa flamenca) et des centres commerciaux (zénia boulevard). "We had a wonderful time at this property. The outside space was amazing and the games room was a bonus. The oven, hob and cooking equipment were so good, we love cooking when we're away and we had everything we needed. The property managers were very friendly and efficient, there when you needed them. Overall a superb holiday."

"La cour fermée est agréable. Mais c'est le seul point positif. Quand nous sommes arrivés la piscine était d'un vert trouble. Le loueur a jeté dedans des blocs de chlore. Après 2 jours elle est devenue baignable mais on en sortait les yeux rouges. Après 2 jours elle redevenait verdâtre. La villa est spacieuse mais très mal entretenue : des loquets cassés, un ventilateur de plafond qui ne marche pas, le micro onde en panne, un placard de cuisine sans fond, des carreaux de carrelages...

"Lo que más me gustó fue la piscina a cinco metros, la terraza que podíamos tomar el café desayunar comer cenar según nos apetecía tener el mar Mediterráneo a 200 metros y el Mar menor a 620 metros , que fue todo muy bien preparado para una estancia estupenda y la limpieza. Las casas son un poco antiguas pero mereció la alegría de todo lo que vivimos. Gracias "

"The double bed was disgusting and needs replacing. The bed frame was metal and very low. The mattress was thin and scratchy with no cover. It dipped in the middle so the thin sheet provided kept coming off in the night. There were no pillows, only a single rock hard bolster. The downstairs bathroom was outside. The yard was being used to store broken kitchen appliances, furniture and other rubbish, so it was not pleasant to sit out in. Kitchen had no work surface to prepare or serve food at all,...

"We enjoyed our two week break, the townhouse was perfect and very comfortable, there was plenty of space for our family of three adults and my three year old daughter. Early check was provided as requested and the property was well equipped and clean. Located close by to one of the larger pools on site which was so convenient. Two gorgeous roof terraces to catch the sunshine on and very well equipped with everything we needed and more! Thank you for a fabulous stay!"

"Visited villa Martin numerous times, this property was disappointing. It could be a stunning property, but is in need of a lot of repairs/modernisation. Broken tiles on the pool steps, the bathroom wall tiles are hanging off, the ensuite shower wasnt even worth using it's so underpowered, the shower in the other bathroom was unusable as someone has screwed the bracket to the wall the wrong way up!The pool was lovely, but the lighting didn't work, the chairs around the pool were broken and...
