"Staff was so helpful. We arrived early and exhausted from flying overseas. They got us in our room early. The hotel was very nice and clean. Very helpful staff."

"Conveniently located near the airport and offers a shuttle. The hotel has a bar and dining room. The room was comfortable for noisy in the hallways, not great if you have an early morning flight. We can't blame the hotel for that but people who are disrespectful shouting when going to their room late at night. The room was clean with amenities. The only issue we had was with the bathtub drain accumulating water in the tub."

"Breakfast on the expensive side. Some items on the room could use a little attention. The TV kept hanging. It was also, not straight on the wall. Lights near the bed did not work. Light on the desk shared a plug socket with the mobile phone charger plug. So needs to unplug the light to get the phone to charge. Staff overall great, check was not the best. But got there in the end."

"Helpful and very friendly staff. A few more amenities in the rooms would be nice (kettle and tea/coffee, for example). A couple of the lifts/elevators stopped working but were fixed very quickly. Overall great place to stay and would recommend. Great location in Rome - very close (walkable) to some of the major historical attractions."
