When I insisted on atop floor room she miraculously identified one. When you request a top floor room when you book a week in advance online, why can't the hotel provide you with one. The staff need training on dealing with customers, "

"Very nice little hotel in a remodeled old house. It was a little hard finding it ( end of a one way street with a very small sign on the front door). Parking was also not easy, but lucked out with a spot right in front of the place. Getting in the place with the phone was different, but not a problem. The inside of the place is really nicely updated with modern decoration, nice bed, very nice bath, etc. short walk to the main plaza, restaurants, shopping and cathedral. Breakfast was very good too with many fruit juices and croissants, eggs, etc."

"Excellent service. The room was clean and in very good condition, but very cramped and impossible to access both sides of the bed. The bathroom was equally small, but was very clean and the shower was excellent. There was plenty of secure parking and the breakfast was good."
