"Overall the stay was okay, my apartment needed some updating. It had no shower curtain so the bathroom got flooded everytime we showered. There was no microwave in the apartment. Getting towels for showering was a chore. My bed had rips in it. Overall the property is beautiful, we enjoyed the pools and enjoyed walks looking out at the ocean. "When I arrived at the place, I realized that the picture posted here is the entrance of the small mall. I walked in and found no sign for the "Aparthotel Zitouna". I had to ask one guy at the bakery to learn that the lady at the grocery store across the hallway was in charge of the hotel. After I showed her my reservation, she told me that she is not doing business with Orbitz anymore and it was not accepted. If so, why is this hotel still listed here?"

"I have arrived on 30th of October at the property at 2AM. I have open my bed sheets and saw hair. I was so tired and I didn’t have to observe as in the morning I had to wake up early. So in the morning I have observed the apartment and I found so many things left overs in the drawers, dirty fridge, dirty oven, there was dirty sponges in my bathroom, and my best surprise used razor with hair on it. There is old soap in the sink of the bath. There is a women old pair of shoes in the laundry room....
