Inacceptable

L'appartement était pas propre en arrivant, le ménage n'avait pas été fait. Pas de lave linge. Les alèses et couvre lit étaient très sales. Heure d'arrivée pas respecté et depart aussi. Pour le prix que j'ai payé, c'est totalement inadmissible.
