Very tastefully furnished, characterful house with well-kept garden, shady veranda and beautiful pool in a very quiet location. Well-equipped and very practical outdoor kitchen. And all this just a 3-minute walk from a sandy bay for swimming. Other beaches are only a few minutes away by car. Very obliging hostess who always responds very quickly to questions. We spent a wonderful and relaxing week here with our 13-year-old twins and can only recommend the location.

Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und zwei Jugendliche und hatten in der Unterkunft eine schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist liebevoll und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Der Strand ist fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Es ist wunderschön, ĂŒber den KĂŒstenpfad von Bucht zu Bucht zu spazieren.

Die Lage ist sensationell, wenig Touristen, tolle AusflĂŒge und SpaziergĂ€nge möglich. Die Aussenanlage inkl. Pool ist sehr schön und gerĂ€umig. Innen ist die Unterkunft gerĂ€umig und schön eingerichtet. Insbesondere die BĂ€der sind in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Betten sind gut.

Les photos ne rendent pas hommage Ă  la maison. C’est bien plus joli et confortable en vrai. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer des vacances confortables. Nous avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ© la cuisine dehors.

Maison idĂ©alement situĂ©e Ă  cĂŽtĂ© (70 mĂštres) de la charmante plage de Fabregas avec un beau plan d'eau. TrĂšs bel environnement avec le massif forestier voisin. Deux restaurants Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate. Piscine pas trĂšs grande mais suffisante, agrĂ©ables terrasse et cuisine d'Ă©tĂ©. SĂ©jour paradisiaque dans l'ensemble mais comme le paradis n'existe pas vraiment notons que des climatiseurs pour les chambres seraient un plus. Quelques petits manques dans les ustensiles de cuisine (panier Ă  salade, planche Ă  dĂ©couper ou sceau Ă  glace par ex.).Et il faudrait penser Ă  confisquer au voisin son karcher dont il a un peu trop abusĂ©. Excellent service en cas de problĂšme: une bouteille de gaz Ă©tait vide, Pascal, sympa et efficace, est arrivĂ© avec une nouvelle dans les 15 minutes. PrĂȘts Ă  y retourner !

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour chez HĂ©lĂšne! tout Ă©tait parfait. La maison est trĂšs confortable, dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t et d'une grande propretĂ©. Le jardin et la piscine, parfaitement entretenus, vous invitent Ă  la quiĂ©tude. Tout a Ă©tĂ© pensĂ© pour nous offrir un cadre de vie paisible et ce, Ă  quelques pas de l'anse de FabrĂ©gas oĂč les pĂȘcheurs du dĂ©but du XXe siĂšcle ont amĂ©nagĂ© quelques cales Ă  pointus. On a bien profité de la piscine et de la cuisine extérieure qui était absolument pratique. Plage et restaurants accessibles à pied, donc pas besoin de prendre toujours la voiture. Pas de problÚme avec le check-in et flexibilité pour le départ. on a pu partir tÎt le matin, donc pas de bouchons sur les autoroutes pour le retour.

Das Haus liegt an einer Privatstrasse ein paar Schritte von einem kleinen, lebendigen Strand mit 2-3 Restaurants entfernt. Der Strand ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um mit dem Standup paddle oder kleinem Boot die einsameren StrĂ€nde des Naturschutzgebietes zu erreichen. Der Pool des Hauses ist zwar relativ klein, aber schön tief und was uns gut gefallen hat komplett mit grĂŒnen Mosaikfliesen gefliest
 das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Betten super bequem und mit qualitativ hochwertiger BettwĂ€sche bezogen
 Insgesamt hatte man das GefĂŒhl, dass der Besitzerin am Herzen liegt, dass man sich als Gast wohl fĂŒhlt

Nous sommes du Quebec et aprĂšs une semaine de balade Ă  Nice, au Verdon, Aix et Cassis Ă  la fin juin avec enfants de 11 et 15 ans, nous sommes venus nous y poser pour plusieurs nuits. Le mas est gĂ©nial, la petite plage, qui est vraiment Ă  2 min Ă  pied, est Ă  nos yeux plus sympathique que les grandes plages bien connues. Et que dire de la superbe piscine! L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter Bandol, l’Ile de Porquerolles (Ă  partir de Saint-Mandrier) etc. Aussi, l’hĂŽte et son Ă©quipe rĂ©pondent promptement et efficacement en cas de besoin. Cette endroit nous manque dĂ©jĂ ! PS: Pensez Ă  faire l’épicerie avant d’arriver ; )

We spent late spring and early summer in HĂ©lĂšne’s wonderful house, very close to and with views of the beach of FabrĂ©gas. Comfortable and tasteful interior and exterior. Family and friends who came as guests just loved it! Nature is around the corner, as are a couple of restaurants and bars.

Wir waren dort 5 NĂ€chte und die ruhige Lage des Objekts hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Leider waren am Strand sehr viele Algen, sodass wir zu einem anderen Strand ausgewichen sind. Die anderen StrĂ€nde waren allerdings sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der anschließende Nationalpark eignet sich hervorragend zum Wandern und Erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin verlief absolut problemlos und die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen, lediglich dĂŒrfte es an ein und der anderen Stelle etwas sauberer sein.

Communicatie met eigenares HĂ©lĂšne was super goed!Het huisje was heel proper en gezellig ingericht!Er was genoeg van alles !Het zou misschien wel leuk zijn om iets zachter te kunnen liggen op de ligstoelen 😉!De ontvangst van Monique was iets minder,maar misschien voelde we dit wel zo aan omdat we heel moe waren van de reis ,het er zeer warm was en de taal ook Ă©Ă©n barriĂšre was!Monique was er nog niet bij aankomst wat eigenlijk was afgesproken,ze was zeker niet onvriendelijk maar gaf ons weinig informatie die we achteraf wel terugvonden in het boekje met info dat HĂ©lĂšne had klaarliggen.Het was er zeer warm en ze zorgde er wel voor dat Pascal bijna onmiddellijk twee ventilators kwam brengen!Pascal was heel vriendelijk en gaf ons al reeds informatie over de omgeving!Voor ons was dit echt een aanrader maar zouden deze accommodatie eerder terugdoen in mei,juni of september wanneer het minder warm is en iets rustiger!Je kon direct gaan wandelen in de natuur maar was te warm om grote wandelingen te doen nu in de maand juli!

Ein tolles Haus! Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll! KĂŒche und AußenkĂŒche toll! Wir haben uns richtig zuhause gefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder kommen. Negativ: BaulĂ€rm in den benachbarten HĂ€usern und der Strand ist kaum nutzbar! Riesige Tangmengen am Strand und im Wasser. Eine ganze Woche war der Strand vormittags gesperrt, da versucht wurde mit großem GerĂ€t den Tang vom Strand zu rĂ€umen mit wenig Erfolg!

GenerationenĂŒbergreifend verbrachten wir elf wunderschöne Tage in dem schönen Haus, vorallem aber draußen, im schönen Garten, am Pool oder auf einer der Terrassen. Die AußenkĂŒche und die weiteren Außeneinrichtungen sorgen dafĂŒr, dass man eigentlich nur zum Schlafen selbst im Haus ist. Die ruhige Lage, vergab von Durchgangsstraßen ist ein weiteres Plus.
