"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

"Great property and fairly convenient location. About 10-15 minute walk to Sunnegga lift and about 5 minutes to the bus. Ski locker and boot room adjacent to entrance makes gearing up very straightforward. Property manager very professional and responsive. Only downside was a door lock that didn’t work. "Our stay in Zermatt was so wonderful. Berenice's apartment is such a cute and cozy place in the mountains. We stayed here as a family with our small children and it was so much fun for the whole family. The apartment has absolutely everything you need (the kitchen is set up SO well), super clean, and the location is prime!! Gorgeous view, excellent host, couldn't be happier! "

"Family of 3 for 2 nights in Zermatt, what an amazing place and an ideal location! Elena was a wonderful host with excellent communication leading up to and throughout our stay. The airline lost our bags and Elena was helpful as we scrambled to buy clothes and other neccessities in Zermatt. "We had a wonderful stay in this apartment between Christmas and New Year. The apartment is well located beside slope 3, and therefore a short walk/pole ski to the piste in the morning and then a short ski down to a convenient chairlift to access the slopes. With the advantages of ski in/out it does mean that the apartment is a 10 minute walk down the hill into town (and back up) for restaurants and groceries. The apartment itself is newly redecorated with comfortable furnishings and bedrooms....

"Fantastic place to stay for a week. Well equipped with super facilities. Apartment was home from home, the view from the balcony is wonderful and the pool excellent. "Clean, cute little apartment with a comfortable bed. Very convenient to town and a short walk to the funicular. The views off the porch are beautiful. The owner was great with communication. There were just two of us so we only used the bed in the main area. The bed in the loft and the bonus space seemed good for kids. It is unusual not having a couch in the living space but it didn’t really affect our stay. "
