"I arrived and the owner wasn’t expecting me even though I had booked earlier that day through Expedia. The room was fine, hard mattress but I like that. A bit outdated and hard worn sheets but I slept really well. I asked about dinner and the owner said yes 7:30. "We had an overnight stop at this property on our way back to the ferry. Our stay was very pleasant and the hosts were very friendly. The property was very clean and they catered for all needs, tea, coffee, water etc in the room and I even got a recipe for a wonderful courgette marmalade. The property is not too far from Vitre which is a beautiful town and definitely worth a visit."

"A very warm welcome, the room was very spacious, large comfortable bed, excellent shower. Ideally located to explore the town. We stopped on route to the ferry, not enough time spent there, we intend to return and next time will will arrive earlier, to allow time to enjoy the swimming pool, sauna, then take in the atmosphere of the old town."
