Located just minutes from the Marina and the beach, the property boasts breathtaking lake views that create a serene and picturesque ambiance.

Key features include generously sized bedrooms for privacy and relaxation, a private terrace ideal for sunbathing or dining al fresco, and magnificent lake views. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals, while high-speed WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and a sound system ensure your entertainment. The house also includes air conditioning for year-round comfort. The villa is just 7 minutes from the beach by golf cart and a 4-minute walk from the Marina.
