Matelas très taché. Protège matelas taché . Logement très peu nettoyé. Sable dans le tiroir à couverts. Odeurs du vide ordures dans l’appartement malgré aération. Couloir de l’étage nauséabond. Odeurs de poubelles permanentes. Chaudière très bruyante. Bonde du lavabo de salle de bain cassé. Tout ceci est dommage car studio assez spacieux et très bien situé. Proche arrêt de bus pour aller en centre ville en 10 minutes. Commerces proches et plage a 5 min à pied par chemin sous les pins très agréable. Place de parking privée très appréciable.

La description est conforme au l'appartement. Ce dernier est lumineux, bien équipé et situé à proximité de l'océan. Seul regret, des perturbations liés à des travaux dans l'immeuble (utilisation de matériel électro portatif de type perforateur, ponseuse...)
