Hotel was in a perfect location for central La Rochelle. Room was suitable for what we needed. Hotel front and rooms were dated and in need of some TLC although good value for money and just a base so no issues.

Short stay in La Rochelle

Good night stay in this hotel close to the action. Older place with nice staff, good breakfast for 10 euros. The mattress was not very comfortable and the wifi accessible only in the common places. Reasonable price, was really ok.

I recently stayed in this hotel for four nights. The location is superb, I arrived by train, as it is less than five minutes walk from station, and less than five minutes walk to the town which is full of great bars and restaurants and many interesting buildings to look at. The staff are very friendly, mostly English speaking. The room was very comfortable, and my balcony view was some trees. The optional breakfast was very good value. The bathroom was clean and practical. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting La Rochelle.

Cependant, il semble prĂ©fĂ©rable de rĂ©server directement auprĂšs de l’hĂŽtel et non via la plateforme ‘hĂŽtels’ qui ne met pas Ă  jour les disponibilitĂ©s. Le personnel en sera davantage gratifiĂ©, vous aurez plus de chances d’ĂȘtre logĂ©s dans la partie la plus rĂ©cente de l’établissement, et vos souhaits initiaux seront alors honorĂ©s sans mauvaise surprise, notamment si vous sĂ©lectionnez les chambres twin qui y sont rares.
