You will be at home right away, evidence of a family home, the charm of these beautiful houses of character .... our house is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful holiday by the sea and close to the center and entertainment.

Children Paradise garden has a trampoline and home, a games room of 70 m2.

The house is on two levels and is about 450 m2 on a walled garden with trees of 1000 m2.

Our house is located in the popular district of Genette, adjacent to the large Delmas Park and close to the Corniche, is a haven that hosts birds and squirrels, perfect for nature lovers. The center is 10 minutes walk. The shops are close and quality.

You are 10 minutes walk from the town center and the port, 50 meters from the sea which allows great freedom for everyone. Add a bike you praise a few steps, and you are the king of the city and its surroundings (bike paths many).
You can park your car easily and for free on the street.
The Ré Bridge is 10 minutes by car (or bus).

Nous avons passé un Noël fabuleux, et c est en parti grâce a cette très belle maison . Elle est propre , décorée avec gout et il y règne une ambiance paisible de bienvenue .... La propriété est idealement placée et faîte pour une vraie vie de famille .De plus, nous avons été très bien accueillis par sa charmante propriétaire .Maintenant, nous savons ou passer nos prochaines vacances à La Rochelle . Katia PS: salle de jeux incroyable !!!!
