Independent apartment of 28 m2 with sunny courtyard and bicycle storage.
On the ground floor, kitchenette with fridge, two electric hobs, dishes, washing machine,
dining area and living area with sofa.

1st floor, bedroom with double bed, bathroom and toilet
WiFi internet access.

3km from the beaches, the Port des Minimes and the city center of La Rochelle, easy access to bike, car and bus. The island of Ré is 15 minutes by car, traders (baker, carrefour market, pizzeria ...) within 5 minutes walk.

- From June 1st to July 8th - 350 € per week (accommodation for 3 people maximum)
- From July 8 to August 5 - 500 € the week
All charges are included.

Retour à la Rochelle 40 ans après.

Nous avons posé nos valises dans une location où le nécessaire nous apprend à vivre simplement. Peu importe si la télé ne fait pas partie du décor ! les jeux, la lecture et les belles balades nocturnes dans le Vieux-port embellissent vos soirées. . Nous avons été accueillis par Lise, une personne souriante, attentionnée et discrète. Les aménagements cyclables permettent de faire des kms et nous faire découvrir de magnifiques aquarelles. Les commodités sont proches de la location. Tous les jours, les marchés colorés s'installent. Cerise sur le gâteau ! nous nous sommes bien reposés, l'endroit est calme. Que du bonheur......

comme dans un hotel

week end tres chaud mais pas dans la maison .tres bien agencé mais pas de télé.et pas de parking devant la maison.mais l'ensemble est plutot bien

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum von La Rochelle, vor allem zu Fuß muss man daher etwas mehr Zeit einplanen, um dorthin zu kommen.

séjour parfait!

Nous avons été adorablement accueillis dans ce petit appartement. Les propriétaires sont plus qu'adorables et grâce à tout ça, nous avons passés de merveilleuses vacances et découvrir les charmes de la Rochelle dans les meilleurs conditions! Encore un tout grand merci :)

Séjour agréable

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans l’appartement de Lise. La description de l’annonce était conforme à l’appartement. Nous n’avons pas eu de chance avec la météo et n’avons pas pu profiter pleinement de la petite cour. Malgré une météo capricieuse nous parvenions à visiter tous les jours les alentours de La Rochelle hormis une journée. Lise a été disponible et répondu à chacun de mes messages. L’appartement était propre et dans une rue calme. Cependant nous entendions l’appartement voisin peut être dû à l’isolation mais il n’y a jamais eu de bruit après 22h donc cela n’a pas été gênant ! Le micro onde devrait être baissé d’un étage pour éviter les accidents et les brûlures. La douche est effectivement petite mais en même temps on ne passe pas son séjour dans la salle de bain. Mise à part ces deux détails nous avons passé un agréable séjour à La Rochelle. Conseil aux vacanciers qui aime la tranquillité et le calme n’hésitez pas à vous balader aux petits ports et plages alentours.

Très bonne vacances

Je vous conseille ce logement nous y avons passé une semaine. Propriétaire très gentille et à votre écoute si vous avez besoin de quelques chose , le quartier est très calme stationnement juste à côté , logement propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons rien à redire .
