Ce beau logement équipé avec goût et fonctionnalité, tout le confort sera à votre porté de mains. Il se compose d'une entrée, d'un séjour avec cuisine intégralement équipée et aménagée (lave-vaisselle). Dans le séjour, un coin salle à manger et salon pour vous détendre et profiter de votre séjour. Egalement, deux chambres, disposant chacune d’un lit pour deux personnes en 140cm, d’une table de chevet avec lampe et d’un grand placard de rangements. Dans le couloir se trouve également une salle d’eau avec douche, vasque et miroir, ainsi qu’un WC séparé. Une terrasse de 20 m² orienté Est de quoi profiter du soleil dès le réveil.
Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Proche du Vieux Port et de la gare, résidence sécurisée et neuve 2019, proche des commerces et accès facile aux transports en communs, beaux équipements, place de parking, équipé avec gout.

Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes). La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence.
