Face au port de plaisance des Minimes, cet appartement de vacances idéalement bien placé vous séduira avec sa vue imprenable sur les mâts des bateaux. Il est situé dans une résidence calme et sécurisée.
Il est est au troisième étage et se compose d'un séjour avec un canapé convertible 2 places, une loggia avec salon de jardin, un coin cuisine équipée avec lave vaisselle , une chambre avec un lit deux places, une salle de bains et un WC indépendant.
Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Loggia avec salon de jardin , piscine Juillet/Août, tennis, résidence sécurisée, proche des commerces et accès facile aux transports en communs. Plage et port à quelques mètres de la résidence.Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes).
La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence. Concernant les animaux de compagnie, pour les logements qui les acceptent (voir descriptif ou en faire la demande au gestionnaire), un supplément de 39€/animal sera à régler en sus à l'arrivée.

Lieu de vacances très appréciable, très joli appartement, beaucoup de commodités, emplacement idyllique, tranquille, et extrêmement bien situé. La propreté pourrait être quelque peu améliorée.

Appartement tres fonctionnel et bien équipé pour 2 personnes impeccable pour 4 cela me parait plus compliqué bien placé par rapport à la plage

Dommage pour la place de parking inexistante, (pas précisé dans l’annonce). Difficultés à se garer aux alentours… attention ! manque un sèche cheveux, les piles dans la télécommande(remplacées du coup), et un peu plus de propreté. J ai sorti les plaintes de la cuisine( au niveau des plaques de cuisson) pour éradiquer une odeur récalcitrante de vomi sur le contreplaqué, avec beaucoup d’huile de coude et de javel. Le carrelage ne longeant pas les plaintes, un bout de lino ferait l’affaire pour plus d’hygiène pour les futurs arrivants, ça coûte pas grand chose et et faciliterait la tâche aux femmes de ménage ! Le séchoir à linge est à remplacer car rouillé. Tout le reste était super, l’appart est grand, agréable et au calme !

Appartement pratique, bien situé Piscine super (les bouées pourraient être autorisées !) Un peu plus de rigueur dans l’entretien de l’appartement serait souhaitable (couverts un peu vieux, aspirateur à nettoyer, baie vitrée à remplacer, pousseurs des robinets à changer...)
