Les Plus de cette location à la mer : balcon avec salon de jardin, parking privé en sous sol, Piscine Juillet/Août sous réserve des conditions climatiques et sanitaires, résidence sécurisée, soleil et farniente à volonté. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes). La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence. Concernant les animaux de compagnie, pour les logements qui les acceptent (voir descriptif ou en faire la demande au gestionnaire), un supplément de 39€/animal sera à régler en sus à l'arrivée.

Location correspondant à la description. Proche des transports en commun. Difficile de trouver sa place de parking dabs le sous sol. Appartement plutôt sale à notre arrivée.

Un quart d'heure de la plage et du centre ville parfait pour nous , pas de voiture .

Déçus à l'arrivée car les photos du site montre la vue de la terrasse donnant sur l'eau et non côté rue , sur un gros rond point !! Sinon très bon séjour .
