Charmant appartement de vacances dans le centre ville historique de La Rochelle. Situé dans un immeuble résidentiel près du vieux port. La rue est calme, afin de profiter des avantages de la ville sans en avoir les inconvénients.
Il est au troisième étage et se compose d'un séjour avec un canapé convertible , un coin bureautique, une cuisine toute équipée. Une mezzanine possédant un lit confortable de 160cm. Salle de bains avec wc.
Les Plus de cette location à la mer : En plein coeur du centre historique, proche du vieux port, de l'hôtel de ville et du marché, dans une rue calme. Proche des commerces et accès facile aux transports en communs, vue imprenable sur La Rochelle, tout confort. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes). La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence. Concernant les animaux de compagnie, pour les logements qui les acceptent (voir descriptif ou en faire la demande au gestionnaire), un supplément de 39€/animal sera à régler en sus à l'arrivée.

Das Apartment war für 4 Personen gelistet, maximal 2 haben dort Platz

Das Mobilar war veraltet u teilweise nicht vorhanden; für 4 Personen 1 Weinglas, kein Flaschenöffner. Ganz schlecht war die zweite Schlafgelegenheit, das ausziehbare Sofa: der Bezug außen wirklich schmuddelig u die Matratze total durchgelegen, dort konnte niemand schlafen

Appartement très bien situé. L'état de propreté était très moyen : la vaisselle mal lavée, les surfaces des tables pas vraiment nettoyées, le coussin et le canapé tachés. Le lit sur la mezzanine était confortable mais le matelas du canapé-lit insupportable (mal de dos assuré). Avec des améliorations, cet appartement pourrait être tout à fait appréciable, mais pour l'instant il faut le conseiller à 2 personne max et prévoir un temps de nettoyage à l'arrivée. CDLT.

Emplacement de l'appartement très bien

Emplacement de l'appartement très bien. Appartement propre. Cependant il serait peut être intéressant d'y ajouter un ventilateur car quand les températures sont hautes il est très compliqué de dormir et de rafraîchir l'appartement (impossible). Rajouter peut être un un torchon et un tapis de douche, car il y en avait pas. Nous n'avons pas eu de housse de couette à notre arrivée (cependant pas eu besoin de la couette avec la chaleur).
