Forest trails begin around 500 metres away and the centre of La Roche-en-Ardenne is approximately 3 km from the villa. Château Féodal and the Battle of the Ardennes Museum can both be reached within roughly 10 minutes by car, making the area especially rewarding for travellers interested in regional history alongside outdoor activities. The Ourthe River sits around 2.5 km away for kayaking and watersports during warmer months.

Inside, the atmosphere stays warm and social thanks to the fireplace, generous communal areas, and multiple entertainment spaces spread throughout the home. During colder seasons, the contrast between the forest landscape outside and the heated pool indoors gives the property a particularly memorable atmosphere.
