This charming architect house is located in La Roche en Ardennes, in a quiet area close to the city center.The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor: living room, dining room, open plan fully equipped kitchen, relaxation area with a quality sofa bed and separate toilet. The living room opens onto the garden and terrace through a patio door. The large fireplace is purely decorative (it cannot be used to make a fire) but gives the living room a unique character. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (with double beds), one of which is directly connected to the double bathroom (two separate but communicating areas with a bath and washbasin on one side and a shower, washbasin and WC on the other side)

The house is ideally located in a quiet area of La Roche en Ardennes. The town center and shops are a 5-minute walk away. Dogs are allowed for an additional fee and wifi is free.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
