"It was extremely disappointed that when I first checked in the keys did not work after a long day of travel. I was also shocked as the new I would have two people in town and they only gave me one bath towel although they did after I called the desk and they did deliver it when I called 10:00 at night. They were kind enough to acknowledge the problem and make amends. There was one desk agent who was excellent and then there was another who needs further training. This is my second stay there...

"Keurig hotel in het centrum van Barcelona met een metrostation voor de deur, waardoor het de perfecte uitvalsbasis is om de stad te verkennen. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en smaakt goed. Het personeel is erg behulpzaam. De kamer is netjes met en de badkamer beschikt over een heerlijke regendouche. Minpuntjes zijn dat de kamer ietwat gehorig was en de slaapkussens weinig ondersteuning bieden."

"The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the harbor, Gothic Quarter, and beach. Passeig de Gràcia is also within walking distance (30 min walk). The hotel staff were all very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. My only concern was the bathtub. It was quite high, and the towel rack was also placed too high. There were no grab bars to hold on to when getting in and out of the tub, which made me feel a bit unsafe. I had to be extra careful and take my time each time I used it....
