"The room was clean and well maintained with good quality toiletries and a range of things available such as toothbrushes, razors etc. The room had a coffee machine which was lovely and each room has a nice balcony overlooking the street. As you walk into the hotel it smells really lovely. Only thing is theres a lot of steps to get into reception but no ramp before the lift so not disabled friendly (although I don’t think the city is very accessible). The staff always acknowledge you when you walk past and say ‘Ola’, if you request anything they are more than happy to help and send it almost right away. Most of the time its quiet but if you like to sleep in the cleaners are quite noisy in the morning. The beds are comfortable and the AC was brilliant. Really good location about 10-15 mins walk from all the main attractions and nice coffee shops nearby and towards the main road. Really enjoyed my stay here"
