"The place was incredible! The road access was a little primitive. We made it fine but it would have been valuable to know that there was a more improved road available (That didn’t show up as an option on Google Maps). We would have gladly taken the longer more paved road to the property but saying that it was a tremendous location and property and we will definitely put it on our places to go back to."

"For the four dads and four 11-year-old sons, this house made for a perfect fishing trip. Fernando was our access to fun - fishing, ATV's, and even made a great recommendation for dinner out and chefs in. "We had a very nice stay at Casa Patricia. Really enjoyed that it was far enough away from the hub-bub of Los Barriles but close enough to get to in a matter of minutes (as long as you have some transportation). The Casa was very clean and had all the amenities (kitchen tools and appliances, bathroom, bedding, etc,.) that we needed! I would stay there again!"

"If you love relaxing in Baja with family and friends, this is the perfect place to stay. This home has all the amenities for comfort and convenience. Quiet neighborhood but still close to everything including a semi private beach and Tres Palapas. Pretty views, private pool, and several outdoor gathering areas. The owner was super responsive and the property mgrs were very helpful. We had a great stay here!"

"The house was perfect! We had a large group of friends and family and the house met all our needs. The views are incredible and the caretaker was very attentive. Pool was chilly in February but we all still took a few dips. All the locals were very friendly and the nearby restaurants were all good. "

"The house is on a beautiful private beach with lots of seashells, awesome snorkeling, and amazing sunrises! The house has a very well equipped kitchen, and all of the staff for check in and help when we were there was top-notch!!! Just loved our time there ! We had Martha with La Dona cook for us twice and it was wonderful!!! "

"This is a beautiful property in an incredible location. The beach is private with no motor traffic. Whale watching was outstanding. The beach is rocky and not ideal for long walks. There was not enough wind for kiteboarding during our stay. I think I could have launched from Waynes boat ramp, but definitely not for the novice. There were 14 of us in our party including 5 kids under 6.The house was very comfortable, everyone loved the heated pool and hot tube. "We went with a group from work and their families. There was enough privacy for everyone plus a huge entertainment area for the entire group together. The house sits on a mile of private white sand beach but is only 20 minutes to a nice size town and a little over an hour to Cabo. We have cooks come to the house every day, rented quads and relaxed on the beach and water. I highly reccomend this house."

"A really nice house to base a family trip , lots of room for a small child to wander around. Very quiet and well equipped kitchen. Nice Mexican decor. Appreciated secure yard so stray dogs couldn't get in. Good communication with property manager. Need a car or transport as just a touch too far to walk with a small child but good restaurant close by. Thanks ! "
