"The property has an old charm feel with marble staircase. The location is ideal to get around using transit and lots of great eating places close by. However, the staff were not helpful nor made you feel welcoming when we were there. We were never greeted nor ask about our stay at checkout. When we ask for directions, we were given short, ambiguous and not helpful answer. Would I recommend this? Yes for the location only however there are many other hotels close by."
