The space
AMENITIES:
Our three-bedroom home offers a saltwater pool/spa, large putting green with chipping pad, gas BBQ, firepit with mountain views, high-speed internet with Spectrum TV in every bedroom and everything else you need for a comfortable stay. As a guest of our vacation home, you'll have access to all community amenities, including the community pool/spa, weight room/fitness center, outdoor space with BBQ area, and bocce ball.
BEDROOMS:
The Main Suite features a Cal King bed, 50" TV, a large private bathroom with double sinks and spacious shower, and a propeller ceiling fan to keep you cool. There is a large window framing spectacular Palm Tree and Mountain views, and the slider provides direct access to outdoor living and pool/spa.
Bedroom 2 and 3 are both equipped with Queen beds, 43" TVs, and ceiling fans, making our home the perfect place to rest after a long day of La Quinta fun.
LIVING SPACE:
Our living room offers an open flow with outside/inside living provided by large stacking sliders that open to the patio/outdoor living area. The 65" TV allows you to watch all your favorite shows or movies, and the gas fireplace will warm you up on chilly nights. The couch has a pull-out providing sleeping arrangements for 2 more people if needed. We also offer a Pack n Play for families with little ones.
Our kitchen features a large island with seating for 5, is nicely equipped with appliances including a gas range and oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, tea kettle, pots/pans, dishware, wine glasses and utensils for the max allowed number of guests. Basic spices are provided. We do not provide any cooking oils or sprays.
OUTDOORS:
The backyard offers breathtaking vistas of the Santa Rosa Mountains, where you can watch the sun descend behind the mountains while enjoying your favorite glass of wine. Practice your chipping and putting on the 400 sqft putting green, do morning laps in the pool or sunbathe on the tanning shelf. Whether it's outdoor grilling or relaxing with family/friends around the firepit, you're sure to enjoy the large backyard and beautiful vistas it offers.
Guest access
As a guest of our vacation home, you'll have access to the entire home, private pool and spa, all community amenities, including the community pool/spa, weight room/fitness center, outdoor space with BBQ area, and bocce ball.

PROXIMITY TO EVENTS/GOLF/NOTED LOCATIONS:
Just outside the gates, you'll find World Class Golf, including PGA West's Stadium Course, Greg Norman Course, and Jack Nicklaus Tournament Course. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a beginner, you'll find everything you need to enjoy a memorable round of golf at these world-renowned courses.
In addition to its unbeatable golfing amenities, this home is also reasonably located near some of the area's top attractions including the new Acrisure Arena, Empire Polo Fields, home to the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals which is just four miles away, while the Indian Wells Tennis Garden is less than eight miles. If you're looking to explore the local area, you'll find Old Town La Quinta just a short five to seven-minute drive , while Palm Desert's famous El Paseo shopping district is just 15-20 minutes away. I-10 is 10 minutes away and provides easy access to nearby casinos, Palm Springs and Cabazon Outlets. CLEANING SERVICE:
Cleaning is done before you arrive and at the end of your stay. Cleaning can be provided for longer duration stays for an additional fee.
SUPPLIES:
An adequate number of bath and pool towels will be available for registered guest. Also with bodywash, shampoo, conditioner are provided along with hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper and trash liners.
CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in is after 4 PM local time, and check-out is 11 AM. Cleaning is done before you arrive and at the end of your stay.
POOL/SPA HEATED:
Pool can be heated to 82 at a fee of $100 a day. If you wish to have the pool heated please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your stay. Spa fee is $50 per day.
PROPERTY ACCESS AND PARKING:
A code will be provided to access home prior to arrival. You will not need to meet anyone or pick up a key. Parking is available in the driveway as well as marked stalls if on first come bases.
