"Really lovely hotel. Nice size room with a terrace and amazing views over Toledo. Friendly staff, no tea making facilities in the room, however a kettle, cups and spoons were provided upon request. An amazing breakfast at very reasonable prices. We marked the hotel down a bit for the pool though. We didn’t want to use it, but it did not look very inviting as it looked rather green. "

"Don't use Google maps to arrive at this place!!!!!. Impossible to drive to the front door. Google maps to Puerta de Bisagra. There's a ramp practically to the front door right off the main street. "

"The hotel was in a great location. We enjoyed our room which was spacious and clean. Mistakenly we booked a family room for just the 2 of us, my husband and I. However we didn’t mind the extra space. We loved the location. "

"This hotel sits in a cute little dead end cobblestone street among residential properties, but only a few short blocks from the main attractions. As a result, it was quiet, but still convenient to everything we wanted to see. It felt like staying in the noblewoman's lovely old house, which it was. The breakfast buffet was typical, fresh and adequate."

"Beautiful hotel. Stayed in the new wing, which was lovely. Light and airy, spacious and quiet.really comfortable bed. Staff were helpful. Roof top terrace bar for an afternoon drink is a standout!!! I recommend. "
