Lobby and breakfast was perfect! Rooms are nice! Staff is extremely nice until the 11 pm shift, she was rude and kicked us out of the lobby even though we sat there being quiet along with another group.

We didn't do anything while we were there. Our reason for staying is that it is a good place to stay on our way to our son's in Pittsburgh. The hotel was easy to find and we will stay there again!

Dinner and service at the Blue Heron Inn wereexcellent. Lovely dining room. We were only able to stay one night because I had a family emergency. The desk staff was flexible and understanding, which I appreciated. Didn't get to see much of La Porte.

We have been coming to Pine Lake in Laporte Indiana for years and love it here and in the surrounding area.
