"On the day of check-in, we received an additional rental agreement that is mandatory. In the agreement, it basically states that the host and their management company, Empress, have the right to evict the renter during the stay and that an additional fee will be applied if that occurs. It also states that voluntarily vacating the property or refusing to sign the agreement will result in forfeiture of any money that the renter has already paid. The additional agreement seemed totally unnecessary...

"I really don't know where to start regarding this property. I'll start by saying BEWARE! It is located in, what looks like, a poor community. Upon arriving I witnessed a guy on a bicycle at one of the other houses making an exchange through the fence. I honestly believe it was a drug transaction. It felt extremely unsafe, the neighborhood is NOT being updated, this property is the single & only home that has been renovated. "Working with the manager was just fine when coming to the property for the first time. There are multiple units created from a house for this specific property. Check in was easy and we were able to get in a little early, which was very convenient and helpful. The disappointing part of the trip were really just a couple things. One of the biggest things is parking. According to the listing currently at the time of this review, it says 2 covered parking spots and 4 spots in the driveway. This...

The hose went above and beyond to answer any questions i had. Yet, despite being centrally located, the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Their hospitality truly made my stay memorable, and I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again in the future."

"Hotel Zaza is the perfect location for visiting the marvelous museums nearby. The hotel has a wonderful vibe, great restaurant and bar with nightly promotions, beautiful spacious rooms, morning coffee/tea service on every floor. And a free car service within a 3-mile radius, so easy to access other great museums, restaurants and attractions in the near vicinity. Highly recommend!"
