"Loved beach location and proximity to restaurants and Red Arrow highway. Wonderful linens and towels. Nicely furnished. Christopher helpful. Enjoyed the hot tub. Great beach chairs, umbrellas. Charming gazebo. Listed as 4 bedrooms but one "bedroom" is part of the basement. House is 90 years old and basement is clean but has the distinct smell of damp. We could not feel good about anyone sleeping down there. Owners need to address damp and refresh outdoor kitchen and bathroom in main bedroom....

"Very clean, great amenities and home base for the area. Wish the walk to the beach was a little shorter but it's as advertised, about 11 minute walk. Screened porch was terrific."
