"L’endroit mérite une rénovation complète. Le logement est propre mais une odeur d’égout envahît les pièces. L’entretien autour des logements est très négligé. L’endroit est éloigné des commerces. Le fait de devoir réserver la veille pour le restaurant, n’est pas adapté aux vacances. Le rivière est pleine de vase. C’est peu engageant de se reposer au bord. "

"We had a wonderful stay as a group of friends. We loved the farm feel and picking and snacking on sweet apples and walnuts. The pool was well used and host very helpful despite the language barrier. All in all a lovely stay!"

"Remote location. Pool closed until later than advertised so only enjoyed a v short swim before leaving. No food shop on site. Fully equipped kitchen. Would have been good to have milk and tea bags etc provided. Great potential. Lovely setting "

"We had a wonderful stay at the cottage in Chaises Basses. It’s a beautiful, old and rustic farmhouse that was lovingly restored, with many original features including a very large fireplace. It’s a perfect place if you are looking to hide away somewhere for a little while. It is located in Corrèze, in a very quiet area, but you are not too far from other busier areas like Dordogne.
