"Le Pigeonnier was perfect for our purpose: relaxation in a beautiful rural setting. Surrounded by vineyards and a floral garden, the pool is a highlight. This property is clean and well maintained. Our hosts were delightful and went out of their way to assist us. It was close enough to the village that we could do our morning jaunt to the bakery by bicycle. It is close to a supermarket also. We all enjoyed swimming and al fresco dining very much. Plenty of rooms and beds, so everyone can have as little or as much privacy as they like. The countryside is ripe for exploration by bicycle, and the location is a great jumping off point for a day trip to the medieval castle at Carcassonne."

"No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."
