"Honestly, what a gem of a place! Lovely neighbourhood with a huge supermarket and very easy to navigate metro station. The very lovely staff member on reception was very quick to upgrade us when I asked if the bed could be split into two for myself and my son. Instead we move to a two bedroom apartment on the top floor where we could sleep separately - this was very much appreciated! The apartment was spacious, clean and very well equipped. "Property never contacted us in lead up to our stay. Despite repeated contact with Expedia we heard nothing from them. Got to Property on the night we were to check in and no one there. Another occupant said they had similar issues. Couldn't get in as access was by key pad and lock box! Had to book alternative accommodation at another hotel. Finally got one phone call from the property 5 hours after check in, where they promised to sort things out and call us back but they haven't 4 days on....
