"Our stay was great. The property offers many amenities that one can not use them all. But the basic we enjoyed were very good. The location provides outstanding views from all directions. With the eclectic decoration, affable attitude, great service and location this property is idoneous. Even with a hazy, not too sunny weather, it has been the highlight of our 3 weeks road trip. "

"This was our first time staying in a hostel and the experience was very pleasant. The couple that runs the place take great care of your needs. They serve a nice breakfast for an additional $9 euros and they also offer dinner with a full menu at their restaurant. We would come back here."

"We visit St Paul De Vence yearly and it was a joy to come across this gem. Minimally decorated, and sensitively landscaped with perhaps one of the most well-made pools ever, our stay was enjoyable. The owners put their all into making this venue memorable. We are already making plans to return, which says it all."

"M. and Mme Roustan were very welcoming and friendly hosts at their unique hotel that they just opened. Handmade breakfast with a stunning view over the valley, spacious room, authentic yet modern facilities, family heirlooms in the hallway - need I say more? Highly recommended."

"We were very disappointed. We we riding our bikes on a tour of the region, and arrived before 5pm. The manager did not look happy to see us, and made us feel uncomfortable that we came early. He did give us a room though. There are no easy dining options within walking distance, except for a crepe place with a very limited menu. Finally, we were told that breakfast was not before 8am. "Old facilities and fittings. Everything worked but it is all a bit tired. The mattress is surprisingly unsupportive but the water is hot and the bath is bigger than in most hotels. Perfectly situated if you have to go to court or if you want to take the train to Cannes "

"The location is fantastic. Tram station is a 3 minute walk. We used the tram extensively during our four day stay in Nice, so this was very important to us. There is a HUGE Leclere Supermarket that has about all you'd need within a 10 minute walk. Parking was free and effortless. We did not eat breakfast on site, so can't vouch for the restaurant. Would stay here again for sure. "
