"The communication from Donald was excellent. He replied quickly to all inquiries. Accessing the cottage was easy. He provided thorough directions (pictures and words) to aid you with getting there. The directions to get into the cottage were very clear. The inside of the cottage had anything that you would need. "The location was great! Convenient for us to visit the Museum of Nature and the Rideau Mall, etc. We stayed on a Friday and a Saturday night. There was partying in other rooms. Had to sleep with airplugs. The shower contained two shower gels and one conditioner, no shampoo. A few minor issues. "
